Map app or website - Customizable and printable

Michael...you do have the ability to change it back to classic view...little thingamaginy lower right far left side nex to tools. I too was panicked yesterday when I pulled up the new one...too old to make changes.

Gerri, thanks but the upgrade to Google Maps tells me the following: "You won’t be able to access, create, or edit your My Maps from the classic Google Maps anymore." I upgraded a few months ago when they told me Classic Maps was going away. Boy do I regret doing that.

So I'm still looking for a map app or website similar to what Google Maps used to be like before they ruined it.

If I knew how to put Imoges on here you'd get a sad face w/tears.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but I use Viamichelin.com to print out my travel maps for Italy.

Thanks, James. What I'm looking for is something that allows me to add various sites that I want to visit, such as museums, restaurants, etc. along with my comments about each. Even better if I can lay out daily itineraries, such as a walking tour. In essence, what Google Maps used to be before they ruined it.

it doesn't appear that I can do that on Viamichelin.com. I may have to go old school and use a purchased map, and mark it up.

Again, not sure if this is what you want, but city maps to go does allow for saving places and creating notes. I have saved places, but never used the note function.
