This one looks like the official web site, in Italian: http://mancianopromozione.com/. Pages are not working well on my web browser, but there is other contact info. Downloadable guides on the left side of http://www.turismo.intoscana.it/site/en/town/Manciano/ look useful, but more for neighboring towns than Manciano itself.
