Joe - You haven't had any responses, yet, so I'll give you this suggestion on the waterfront in Manarola. It's a little above your price range, though.
If you're looking for a stove as well, you might want to search rental apartments. Others who respond here might have more specifics and website suggestions. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

It might be a bit above your budget, but you could also have a look at www.torrettas.com. I believe they closed this fall for renovations, so not sure whether they will be adding any rooms? I doubt they will provide a stove in any rooms.

We are staying in an apartment in Manarola in April through www.acasa5terre.it. They have reasonably priced apartments with a view. I also considered apartments through the following websites and you might find something in your price range. (Most of the ones I looked at were between 100 and 140 euros, but they were for four people.)
