Hello - we will be arriving on Tuesday Oct 9th in the morning. Anyone want to share a ride to Varenna at Lake Como. We would prefer to do this, than take a train and bus. We can do it for 40 euros each, which is a good deal.
Just to clarify one point, you won't necessarily need to use a bus from MXP to Varenna. The trip can be done entirely by two train segments of 52 minutes and 1H:03M.
You might want to remove your E-mail from this thread, as that can be an attractive target for scammers. Those who are interested in contacting you for a ride can use the PM function on this forum, as PM's will also flag on your E-mail.
We are doing the same commute, but the train is cheaper than 40 euros, 12 to 35 euros according to rome2rio. You may want to adjust your price...
Why use Rome2Rio, when http://www.trenitalia.com/tcom-en will give an exact price. 19.70 EUR, takes 2 hours and 10 minutes, train connection every hour.
