Would appreciate suggestions for a hotel (with shuttle) near the airport for our next morning 10 AM flight.

We stayed at IL Terrazzo in Casorate Sempione last October. Fantastic host and the nicest apartment from our trip. He provides shuttle as well. Can't recommend highly enough.

In 2018, we were extremely happy with Osteria della Pista (and we are not big fans of hotels in general and airport hotels in particular): http://www.osteriadellapista.com/en/osteria-della-pista
Historical building with character but modern, quiet rooms, nice shuttle to and from the airport (but check what their earliest shuttle is), a decent restaurant, and good people. It's not right at the airport, but in a nearby town. We actually got to it by taking a train to the airport the night before and getting picked up by their shuttle, then back again in the morning. It was free both ways.

If your budget will allow, you could also consider the Malpensa Airport Sheraton which is right at the airport. No shuttle would be required as you can walk right from the hotel into the terminal. The hotel is very comfortable, as it should be in that price range!
