Malpensa Airport Bus to Milan Centrale train station?

We will be landing in Milan at the Malpensa airport and need to get from the airport to the Milano Centrale train station to get a train to Florence. (Landing with Lufthansa, if that matters) I recall from some other posts that the best way to do this is that there is a bus from the airport to the central train station. Can anyone give me some details on this bus? Where does the bus load? Do we need to buy some tickets inside the airport before boarding the bus? How much will it cost? And if we need to get tickets from some sort of automatic ticket dispenser, what change or denominations of Euros will we need? Also, does this bus have a place for luggage? And also are there buses frequently, or do we need to make sure we get on it, so we don't have to wait another hour for the next one or something, if the first bus is full. I believe it takes about an hour, but I am not sure of this either. Thanks so much in advance for all your help. I appreciate it.

Many of your many questions are answered in the Milan chapter of Rick's book Italy 2009, under the heading Transportation at the end of the chapter. And you can also use the Advanced Google search feature (that you recently asked about ) to locate previous posts that answer your question, here's the explanation of how to search for prior posts http://www.ricksteves.com/graffiti/helpline/index.cfm/rurl/topic/25801/how-to-search-the-helpline.html
