I want to reserve a time at the Borghese Gallery for our upcoming trip in May. The website recommended in Rick Steves' book is www.galleriaborghese.it, but it is not available. I googled "official site for Borghese Gallery" and ended up with "TicketOne" for making will call reservations. I don't know if I'm in the right place. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Hi. The website is working for me. We booked by phone because we plan to buy a Roma Pass. There is an option to speak with someone in English.

BTW, the Borghese Gallery is in Rome, not Florence.

Thanks for the info. Don't know why I wrote Florence - I'm trying to plan for a 20 day trip in Italy, and it's all beginning to run together.
