Made a Trenitalia reservation but did not get two seats together

need to contact Trenitalia to change our two seats so we can sit together from Milan to Venice. Can’t anyone provide the correct way to contact them and fix this problem

Go to trenitalia.com. Click Customer Area at the top. Scroll to the bottom and click on Contacts. You’ll have several options.

Hi Marc. Have you tried opening your tickets on trenitalia.com and changing the seat selection? Can't remember if this is possible, but wouldn't be surprised. Otherwise, another option is to just leave reservation as is and when you get on the train, see if one of the seats next to you is empty. If not, just ask one of the people next to either of the two seats if they would switch. Happens all the time and people are usually glad to do it. Also a good way to strike up a conversation / meet fellow travelers. Have a great trip!

or just accept that for a short train ride you won't be sitting next to whomever
