Lunch in Rome en route to Tiburtina Sta.

Thanks for hints to avoid 5-hr FCO layover. Leaning toward Curreri Bus option (via Tiburtina Sta.)Leaves time for nice, light sit-down lunch in Rome within walk distance of Termini. Previous time spouse & I just grabbed quick pizza. Traveling solo, one wheelie bag & backpack. Recommendations, comments?
