Hoping to do a day of hiking next week in Cinque Terre (which ever trails might be open) and need to find a place to store luggage either in LaSpezia or if necessary, in Riomaggori. We can go by Pisa but would prefer to train straight from Florence to La Spezia and save the time of transfer. Suggestions?

The Trenitalia website shows that only 4 train stations in Liguria have staffed left luggage facilities. La Spezia Centrale is 1 of the 4. I have been in La Spezia Centrale a few times but have never noticed the facility (not that I was looking for it). I have used the one in Pisa. Perhaps others can comment.
