There are 6 of us traveling together and we would like to store our luggage at Termini Station for 5 or 6 hours on a Monday in mid-April. Is luggage storage available? Cost?

It is on the lower level, south side or the left side as you are walking away from the train tracks. Sometimes the line can be long to store or pick up so plan accordingly if departing from Termini later that day. It is not cheap - probably in the range of at least a Euro/bag/hour.

As Frank mentioned, be sure to allow lots of time to both deposit your luggage as well as retrieve it, as the queues can be long at some times during the day.

I checked the website and you are right about it being pricy at 6 euro /bag and your comments about hassle of wait times make this a not too convenient alternative. From a previous post I checked this site http://www.bon-bags.com/sito/en/ and found that for 9 euro/bag they would pick up at our apt, store for 5 or 6 hours, and deliver to Termini when we get there. Sounds like a decent deal for us since with 6 of us we could conceivably have 12 pieces (1 bag + 1 carry on per person) that we would have to transport from our apt near Pantheon to Termini where we pick up our rental cars. We need to check out of the apt by 10:00 and we want to do more touring in Rome before we have to pick up our rental cars at around 4:00 pm or so. Then we drive to Anagni and our rented villa for 5 days to visit with family and tour the area.
