Go to track 16, near the end. If you go before 11ish, you'll get ahead of the lines to drop off. You can return to pick-up your luggage or, pay a bit more to have your bags waiting for you at your train before boarding. A nice feature if your train is departing during a busy time and the pick-up line is 30-min long.
