We are traveling to Northern Italy in Sept and our first stop is Venice. Does the airport have luggage storage? We pack light when we visit Italy but we are then going on to Ireland to see my family so I usually have a suitcase for their gifts. So I would like to store it til I move on to the lakes.

Margaret: Yes, there is a "Left Luggage" department on the ground floor (Arrivals) section of the airport. Very easy to locate with signs in English as well as Italian. It is located just behind the bar, on the left as one enters the building from the parking area. The fee was €4.50 per bag per day when we used it in 2008 and it is open from 5am until 9pm.
