There are no lockers at train stations but most larger stations offer left luggage service. Here’s a link to the one at Napoli Centrale. Allow yourself some time when picking up luggage. If it’s busy, there may be a line.

I just returned from a trip to Italy including Naples. There is a place to store luggage at one end of the station. Cost approx US$8 for storage.
