Hi there,
Does anyone know if there are lockers at La Spezia Centrale? Trenitalia website is unhelpful.
If there are does anyone have more information about them i.e max time, how big they are.

Luggage lockers? Possibly that's your googling problem. In general, no luggage lockers in Europe since about 9/11, since terrorists kept putting bombs in them.
What you want to google for is something like "left luggage La Spezia", or the Italian equivalent.

There are no Lockers at La Spezia Centrale but there is a Deposito Bagagli AFAIK. I believe the cost is €5 per bag for the first five hours, and then €0.70 per hour after that.

When do you plan to be there?
I'm headed there the last week of March and plan to use the left luggage dropoff. I can let you know if there are any issues.

Just returned from my trip to Italy.
As posted, no lockers, you check your bags at the Left Luggage room. They are then placed on a open rack, with a tag that designates your bags. Only issue I had was the surly "cleaning guy" who was in charge of the room at the time of check-in. Guy at checkout was nice and chatty. You get to the door ring the bell, if the door is not open and someone will be along in a few minutes to conduct the transaction. Only had to wait less than five minutes at check-in and check-out. Relatively painless transaction.
