Lucca to Florence

I'm considering squeezing in a night in Lucca before catching a flight home out of Florence. Anyone know how long a cab from Lucca to the Florence airport might take and how much it would cost?

Why take a taxi when the train runs about every hour to Florence. It will take about 1:30 hrs.

One thing you can do is take the train from Lucca to the Pisa Airport (one train change at Pisa Centrale) and then take the Pisa Airport to Florence Airport bus. The bus fare is 10E. The train fare is about 3E-4E. CLICK HERE to see the bus schedule. A cab ride will take about 70-80 minutes and will be a bit expensive.
