Hi Marco, I just booked tickets online a few days ago. Here's how I did it. On the pierreci website in Italian, on the home page, scroll down the blue box in the middle of the page and click on "Colosseo." When it takes you to the colosseo part, look on the right for
"acquista il biglietto" and click on that. Then click on "biglietto online." Click on Colosseo prevendita signoli. In the blue box that comes up are all the terms and conditions. You'll get to read these later in English. Scroll down and click on "accetto." Now you're at the Omniticket site. Click on the little British flag and the page will be in English! Enter the date you want tickets and click confirm. Then you'll see a bunch of options, some of which will say "Underground Tour ENG." That's what you want. the time you want, then you'll enter the number of people. Then you get to enter your personal info and pay. The only part I had trouble with was printing out the receipt. Even from the email they sent me, which I received in a few minutes, it wouldn't print. So I copied and pasted the text of the email into a Word document and printed that. It has the reservation number and proof of payment. Hope all that works for you!

If you are going to use the Roma pass you will need to call and purchase just the tour tickets. Keep in mind the time difference, my calling window is from midnight to 7am. There is a post yesterday that goes into more detail. Good luck

You can also use this link to the official site: http://www.ticketclic.it/Gb/HTML/musei/colosseo.cfm halfway down the page click the yellow link "collect onsite" This will take you to the date page. Just enter your date and click. It will show you all the tours available for that day. If you already have tickets or are using the romapass you'll need to call to book just the tour. 011 39 06 39967700 Donna

Yes, the full price ticket is for anyone not an EU citizen. They don't qualify for any discounts. The middle price is for: citizens between 18 and 24 years old of the European Union and of countries subject to conditions of reciprocity (Austria, Belgio, Bulgaria, Cipro, Danimarca, Estonia, Finlandia, Francia, Germania, Grecia, Irlanda, Islanda, Italia, Lettonia, Liechtenstein, Lituania, Lussemburgo, Malta, Norvegia, Olanda, Polonia, Portogallo, Regno Unito, Repubblica Ceca, Romania, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Spagna, Svezia, Svizzera, Ungheria); and the 9.50 entry is for: citizens under 18 and over 65 years old of the European Union and of countries subject to conditions of reciprocity (Austria, Belgio, Bulgaria, Cipro, Danimarca, Estonia, Finlandia, Francia, Germania, Grecia, Irlanda, Islanda, Italia, Lettonia, Liechtenstein, Lituania, Lussemburgo, Malta, Norvegia, Olanda, Polonia, Portogallo, Regno Unito, Repubblica Ceca, Romania, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Spagna, Svezia, Svizzera, Ungheria); The 9.50 is paying just for the tour and qualifying for free admission. Basically, if you're not from the EU or one of the countries listed you must pay the full fare or 21.50 for entry and tour. You cannot use the free admission to book the tour if you don't qualify for it or already have tickets or plan to use the romapass. If you already have tickets or will be using the romapass you must call to book tour only tickets. Donna
