I went to Rome in 2002 using Rick Steves' Italy guide. I ate with a friend at a restaurant that served huge numbers of pasta dishes. To order, you just told the waiter how many dishes you wanted, and they kept bringing out random pastas. Essentially, you got whatever the kitchen was cooking at the moment, and when they finished with one batch, they moved onto something different. Each pasta was so unique and very good; I loved this restaurant! But I do not remember the name!
So, I am now back in Rome with my wife, and I wanted to take her to this place, but I can't find it in the 2010 guidebook. Is the restaurant gone? Did it get replaced? Does anyone know what the name is, and whether it still exists? I'm hungry for some tasty pasta!
