Looking for short 2-3 all inclusive, or close to it, tour of Tuscany or close city to Venice.

Hi there,

I am going to all inclusive trip to Venice from March 26-30, but would like to explore a neighboring city (preferable Tuscany) for a few extra days after this. Does anyone know of any short, flexible date tours like this? Or have details on how we might schedule something like this on our own?

FYI, we will ultimately need to return back to Venice as our departing flight leaves from there.

Thank you!

Florence is very easily reached from Venice and explored in a few days. It is also a great base for day trip to Pisa , San Gimiano (misspelled ) and Sienna.
I don't know of any all-inclusive tours - usually arrange on my own. The train is very easy from Venice to Florence and the train station is in the city in Florence. I think the train is about 3 hrs at the most and runs frequently. You can easily book a hotel/pension on line and book tickets in advance for the Uffizzi Gallery and Academia (Statue of David) .
Others will reply -but scroll thru other posts for Florence. You may also want to post a separate question abput making train and hotel reservations.
Italy is very easy to travel in - my dad (83) , I and a teenager spent 2 weeks there traveling independently. Also try TripAdvisor for tours.
