I'll be joining the RS Sicily tour in late September 2022. I'm considering a multi-day Italy walking tour before heading to Palermo. I was looking at a large multi-national tour company and then wondered if there were more local tour companies I should consider. It could be out of Naples but doesn't have to be. Any help would be appreciated.

I found a local (Sicilian) company that offered multi-day guided treks in the interior of Sicily when I was looking for something a few years ago, but cannot find it now (hopefully not a covid casualty).
I do see a British company that offers small-group guided walking in Sicily; this one and 3 others:

Are you thinking strictly of a tour on the Italian mainland? You mentioned Naples.
