Looking for Florence apartment with a view

I have been sorting through pages and pages of apartments on multiple websites - so thought I would check and see if someone has a recommendation to narrow down my search.

Looking for a 2 bedroom apartment with a view (doesn't have to be a particular view, just something to make us smile when the kids are sleeping). Our ideal apartment would have one room with a double and single bed (or couch, etc) in it for our toddler to sleep.

Thanks for any tips!

Sorry, I don't have a specific recommendation. I'm assuming you have looked at vrbo.com. I've used them several times in Florence and always been happy. I tend to look for 'interesting' rather than for a view. Once I stayed in the mother superior's room at a 13th century convent in the Oltrano area that had been converted into a walled-in apartment building. Wonderful garden for late night quiet time! Keep looking - and make that part of the fun.

Homeaway
Homelidays
VRBO
AirBnB
Wimdu
Casamundo

Above are the top international sites for vacation rentals. VRBO and Homelidays are part of Homeaway and when you search on those for international locations, the search engine is actually using Homeaway.
Wimdu is a search engine of search engines, so it will search all others and give you the best price and where to find it.
Of course you can find vacation apartments also on the major sites, like Booking or Expedia.
Try and search. If anyone is offering an apartment with a view in Florence, rest assured they will show it in the ad.

We stayed at this fantastic VRBO property last Dec. It’s a 1BR but has a sofa bed. The owner, Sylvia has another apt beside it that may have 2 BR. The location is ideal and close to train station.

Just clarifying. Do you need 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double plus a toddler bed, the other of which is for other children? When are you going? What is your budget, preferably in €. More info makes it easier to give recommendations.

Thank you for recommendations so far.
To clarify, 2 bedrooms total. One bedroom (preferably) with a double and twin (or sofa) and the other room with a double bed (grandparents). (I've seen a few of these around but realize it is rare.) Would love to stay around 150 euro/night but willing to pay more for the right place. Will be going the last week of September.

Check Palazzo Antellesi on the Internet. Great location at Piazza Santa Croce. Many apartment sizes to choose from. Beautifully maintained. Nice view of piazza, day and night. Management speak English well and know the town well, lots of good suggestions. Not the cheapest option but excellent value.
