Did one in Florence not Umbria. You can check discovertuscany.com or gettourguide.com. We’ve used them for other tours, liked them with no issues. Otherwise when you can ask hotel/owner of where you’re staying or tourist info center in town. Hope this gives you couple ideas. Enjoy and have fun

Look up La Madonna del Piatto; it's a one-woman cooking school run by the wonderful Letizia Mattiacci. She's terrific, fun to be around, has strong opinions, is an advocate for real, artisanal food. If you look up her name on sites like the New York Times, you'll see her recipes and quotes from her. She's outside Assisi, and you'll need a car to get there. Sometimes she'll arrange for a pickup if you're in the area.
