We had a wonderful experience with http://www.veliascookingstyle.com. BUT, she is in Umbria and I don't know how far that would be for you. Velia invites you into her home and you spend the day with her cooking (and eating!), enjoying each other, sampling wine and champagne. It was the highlight of our trip.
