Looking for Budget-Friendly B&Bs in Ortisei

Hi! Are there any B&B options in Ortisei? We’re planning a 3-night stay but haven’t had much luck finding affordable options. Airbnb didn’t show any results, and accommodations on Booking.com seem quite expensive. We’d love some budget-friendly recommendations—any suggestions?

There isn't much for Ortisei on either booking.com or Air bnb. I think they have enough business without paying commissions. Above is a link to their local website. I used it to find accommodations.

hey hey palakmantri15
one of the most asked questions everyday on this forum.
what is budget friendly $1,000, $500 $300 nightly? when is trip, how many people, any kids, size beds, will you have a car? if so look at parking cost
the area is very busy with tourist overload everywhere, supply & demand, inflation everywhere passes on to you. good luck & happy travels

We are also looking for budget (we try for $200/night) accommodations I'm September. It is my husband and I with out two boys (12,13).

I looked at the website https://www.valgardena.it/en/ that was mentioned above. I see many affordable options (or ay least what look like affordable). Then when I check out the website of the inn they appear quiet expensive. I'm not sure if the website gives you nightly rates or total rates for a stay.

You have to contact each location individually requesting a stay. I reached out to one so I guess we will see what they have to say.

The Dolomites are an expensive region in the country. Accommodation supply is also limited because buildings are mostly small one.

Last fall we stayed at The Hotel Dolomiti Madonna. It is located right in the center of town, has free parking, and an amazing breakfast buffet. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and gave us passes for free bus travel to surrounding villages. We paid 136 euros per night.

Not ortisei but I stayed in Castelrotto last May at Hotel Zum Wolf- al Lupo. I loved every second of being there and trails lead right out of town. It also comes with a bus pass if memory serves. I really recomend both Castelrotto and the hotel!

Have fun- one of my favorite trips I have ever taken

Prices at many places in Ortisei are highest in what is considered their high season and lower other times. For example, I stayed at Hotel Cosmea the first week in October 2024; it was only 125 euro per night including breakfast which I thought was an excellent deal. The location, room and staff were great. I believe I found it on the val gardenia cite mentioned above.
