Looking for Gori B&B that Rick Steves raves

I have watched a DVD that RS put out some time ago and also wrote a wonderful blog on.
He talks of Signora Gori in the Chianti area not sure where as he does not tell us. I have gone through the 2016 book and can,t find it there. I think others have looked for it too.
It is a working Farmhouse. No pool, and frilles and that is what I want.
Hope someone can help
Thankyou
Pat

Alas it is not I am beginning to wonder if they are still offering a B&B. I did write to Rick Steve help section so maybe I will hear back soon.
Thankyou for your reply and assistance

This might be a stretch, as Tenuta le Velette is in Orvieto, Umbria, but the family's name is Bottai and that's close to the name you mentioned. We've never stayed there, but the Village Italy tour visits their home and vineyard (with a wine tasting..yum!). When we return to that area we plan to reserve a room there....may never leave! :). www.levelette.it.

a quote from RS" **the Gori family. It's a working farm: no TV, no swimming pool, and lots of Tuscany.
Signora Gori takes me on a welcome stroll. Our first stop is a sty dominated by a giant pig. "We call him Pastenetto, the little pastry." She takes me into the barn, where fluffy white lambs jump to attention in their hay, raising a sweet-smelling, golden mist. Backlit by stray sunbeams, it's a dreamy, almost Biblical scene. Picking up a baby lamb and giving it a nuzzle, she explains, "We use unpasteurized milk in making the pecorino cheese. This is allowed but with strict health safeguards. I must really know my sheep."
That night at Signori Gori's dinner table, we're joined by the rest of her family. The two sons dress and act like princes, home on break from some Italian Oxford. We sit down to a classic Tuscan table — simplicity, a sense of harmony, and no hurry... with a glass of good red wine. I nod to my hosts, knowing I've found the art of Tuscany.

Sorry I had to copy and paste the story. Thats the farm I'm talkg about...this is driving me crazy. I have never googled so much in my life!!!

I would write to RS staff, surely someone must know, or maybe they can ask Rick.
