Does anyone know a company that will provide a week or so bus tour of Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia from Rome. I don't want to rent a car and would like to see these cities. I found tours that include two of the cities, but not all three.

I am not aware of a tour, but you can do this on your own by train.

It isn't difficult to do this trip on your own. You could spend two nights in each of the three cities. There is a train from Roma to Orvieto, about an hour and fifteen minutes away, then take the funivia and the little bus (same ticket) up to the main square. The TI office can help with guides, tickets, etc.
For Assisi, check Trenitalia from Orvieto. Train to Assisi, then a small bus up to town.
Perugia is a bigger city but still easy to get to/from. All three cities are in Umbria, so travel by train or bus will b easier than going to smaller towns in different regions? Consult a guidebook or TI office if you want to hire guides. In Assisi, I usually take a taxi to the Franciscan sights that are out of town (driver drops me off and picks me up later).
