Looking for a private tour guide - Sorrento & Amalfi Coast

Can you recommend a private, English speaking tour guide that will take us for a day trip around the Amalfi region? Thank you.

The Monettis! Rafael picked us up at our hotel in Sorrento, then drove us along the Amalfi Coast with stops in Positano, Almalfi, and then to Paestum. We ended up back at our hotel at about 6:00pm.

We used Francesco Marrapese (www.francescomarrapese.com) and loved him. You can read all of the positive reviews on Trip Advisor. He is top notch; very professional, friendly and has a great sense of humor. We loved our day along the Amalfi Coast because of Francesco and would not hesitate to use him again. We loved his use of his Ipad to enrich our experience. He showed us various movie and commercial clips that were filmed along the Amalfi Coast and as we came up to each spot, he would pause the video on his Ipad and show us the exact spot where it was filmed. It was a nice touch. His English was perfect and he had lived in the U.S. for a number of years.

Another recommendation for Monetti! I did the same tour mentioned earlier. It was a great day. Monetti will design a tour based on what you want to see and do. Reliable, courteous, professional. Well regarded by RS. Money well spent when without a car and nerves of steel to drive on your own.

Looking at:
1. Giovanni & Giancarlo Tour of Italy
2. Francesco Marrapese

As I realize that most of these tours will cover the same ground, it ends up being what the personalities of the guides are like and the cost. 50 euros an hour, 5 hour minimum with Francesco and 250 euros, set price, for approx 8 hours.

Any insights on either of these 2 tour companies or any other suggestions is welcomed.

I have booked through Amalfi Coast Destination Private Tours. I take the tour in June but it has gotten great reviews on trip advisor, especially the guide Roberto. They are charging 360 Euro for a 9 hour tour for four people. The want cash at the conclusion of the tour.

Again, I haven't taken the tour yet but I am happy to report back after June if you need it. but I think trip advisor is pretty reliable. They have been very friendly and accommodating through email.
