Looking for a place to stay in Manarola with a sea view

I am trying to find a room in Manarola for two nights next June. I'd really like a place with a sea view and would be willing to pay up to 100 or 110 euros per night. I was wondering if anyone had any specific recommendations. I contacted several places in Rick's book, but my number one choice, Aria di Mare is booked already. Albergo Ca'd'Andrean has availability, but no sea views. Casa Capellini has rooms with sea views, but no AC. (Does anyone have any thoughts about AC in Manarola in mid June? Is it necessary?) Da Baranin B & B has rooms without views for 110 euros per night or an apartment with a sea view for 130 euros. We don't need a kitchen as we don't plan to cook, so 130 euros seems pricey...but for for those of you who've been to Cinque Terre, what do you think? Is it worth 20 euros more per night for a view? I would appreciate any helpespecailly any names of places with sea views that I could contact.

Here is the seaview from my room at the hostel in Manarola. http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/2714311550055574568FExFow Of all the places I have stayed, it is in a tie with Burg Stahleck as my favorite. Nice guys run the place, quiet, handy place to do laundry, good food at the hostel. The only real negative is its a bit of a walk from the station but the view is stellar.

bummer about Aria di Mari. That's where we stayed the first week of June. I don't recall any AC there either but, in any case, the day time temps were about 80 degrees and we were never in our room. It was very pleasant in the evening and I doubt that AC is all that necessary. We weren't in our room much during the day (on the trails and in the towns). Although it was the ultimate to have a sea view, take into account how much day time you'll actually spend there. You'll enjoy the water view but really, there are fabulous views everywhere and your senses will be sated. Do try to eat at Billy's (owned by the uncle of Maurizio, owner of Aria di Mare). They like reservations - the table you get is yours for the night but you don't have to stay there all night. Many people came later in the evening with no reservation. Thanks, Kay. I ended up making a reservation at Casa Capellini, but it's going to be a real hike...much further than Aria di Mare. I'm wondering if it will be worth it...because like several people have mentioned, you don't spend much time in your room...so a view isn't really that necessary!
