Looking for a small hotel or B&B in Palermo somewhere between the Teatro Politeama and the Teatro Massimo. $75 - $100 price range with (hopefully) a good breakfast. I'd love something relatively quiet or on one of the pedestrian side streets. Any recs?

About 10 years ago on a RS tour, we stayed at Hotel Tonic, just across the street from the famous Palms Hotel. My recollection is that it substantially fits your criteria, and it was pretty quiet except for an early garbage pick-up one day (but that could happen almost anywhere in that area of Palermo).
