Looking for a department store for clothing in Rome

Somehow my suitcase never left our house. I’m looking for a clothing department store in Rome like Target or Macy’s. I need everything for this month long trip. Thanks.

Look for a department store called COIN. Also, try OVS and H&M.

And don't despair. Air France once lost my luggage on my way to Florence (and never found it again). It was the best thing that could happen to me. I got to buy lots of Italian clothes that looked much better on me and lasted longer than any clothes I could have found in the US, and all of it reimbursed by Air France.

At least in your case, since you left it at home, you didn't lose anything, so you will still find everything when you return home. It will be a shopping experience that you will tell your friends and laugh about for years.

Also, if you need anything in the toiletries and cosmetic line, most grocery stores have the basics, and there are also stores called Tigota for those too.
Pharmacies are expensive and really just for medications and treatments.

Did your suitcase never even get to the airport?
I'm so sorry you have to spend time replacing things.

Thanks everyone! I really appreciate your suggestions. Actually my suitcase never left our house. Won’t go into the details. I imagine we’ll look back & laugh, but not quite yet!
We’re staying in the Pantheon area. Today is our only full day in Rome. I’d rather be exploring & checking out new places but it’s not meant to be. Tomorrow we fly to Dubrovnik & will spend a week on a small boat! A swimsuit is at the top of the list.
Again, thanks for your speedy replies.

Then all you need is the swimming suit and maybe a pair of shorts.
Your luggage will certainly qualify as carry on.

I found 2 great & reasonable stores for women’s clothing: Zara - large department store on Via del Corso. Tezenis - underwear & swimsuits. H & M was recommended too but I didn’t go there.
Again, thanks to all who replied.
