I am looking for a place to tour a cheese farm between Perugia and the east coast.

Look around Norcia for Pecorino tour...truffles as well.
Here is one farm with view of the Piano Grande that welcomes visitors but there does not seem to be translation on their site.

We are traveling from perugia to Termoli and would like to find something in that direction.

Nice! We spent four nights in Termoli in 2023. Lovely place.
I'd not had brodetto before and we had one at DA NICOLINO; what an experience! Only two of us so could barely make a dent. I recommend the restaurant; you can peek into the open kitchen in the back..

DA NICOLINO, across from the Castle. Make sure to book ahead, as always.
