I will be in Florence from early February to late July 2018. Does anyone know an agency? I have checked the holiday rental sites. They are very expensive. I would like a kitchen and washing machine. My budget is between 800-1000 euro. The school l am attending is near the historic center. Also where is a reliable place to get a sims card? Thank you.

Perhaps your school has a list for student housing? You may not get s washing machine in your budget range, in fact you may have to settle for a room in an apartment with a shared kitchen.
Is there a way for you to contact other students?

Also to try, Sabbatical Homes. Even if a property does not show it is available for your dates, or if it exceeds your budget, it does not hurt to reach out. I have found some flexibility exists.
