Haven't spent time in London but have been to Paris. What should I see? I love the countryside visible from trains, people-watching, Museums and Music.

Thank you!
OP: So that we can be more helpful, could you clarify how many days you have for this trip, not including your flying in and flying out days.
You can easily do a day trip from Florence to Siena, but you won't have much time in Florence. Remember, every time you change hotels you lose half a day not counting transportation time between the cities/hotels. If you have 9 days other than in London, you need to decide what 2 destinations are most important to you. Sicily won't work with France, but maybe if you just went to Italy you could also go to Sicily for a few days. If you need to include time in London in those 9 days, you could maybe include just Paris before going to Florence. I assume you're planning to fly between cities to save travel time?
This is not making sense to me. Sicily itself could be a whole trip. So could France, unless you only want to go to Paris. And the Italy areas you chose are not exactly close to each other.
Claudia, I'm having difficulty understanding your question. Some replies on this thread seem to indicate that your original post might have been heavily edited as I see nothing you asked regarding a day trip to Siena from Florence, anything about Sicily, or any reference to 9 days for this trip.
Are you wanting to know what to see on a train journey from somewhere in Italy (where in Italy?) to London or what to see in London? And what does "for departure in one week" mean? You're currently in Italy somewhere and will be leaving for London a week from now?
If it's what to see in London, have you purchased a guidebook? And how many days will you be staying in the city?
Anywhere in Italy to London you need to fly.
