Hi, we will be returning from two weeks in Trequanda in the middle of November of this year and are looking for a convenient place to spend the night in Florence before catching our 6:30 am flight out the next morning. Does anyone have a suggestion?

The airport is very close to the city center and at that time in the morning, when there is no traffic, a taxi can take you to the airport in 10-15 min. max, no matter where you stay in the historical center.
There is a very recent post where someone else has asked for suggestions for Florence accommodations. Go ahead and check that post.
