Has anyone stayed at Camere Vittoria in Vernazza? It has two rooms, the Sun Room and the Moon Room. If so, what did you think?

Sally, I haven't stayed there, so can't offer any comments on the two rooms. One point to note is that Camere Vittoria won't be re-opening until June 1 (according to the "official" information at the moment). When were you planning to travel there? Cheers!

I was just reading up on the progress of the flood damage/repairs in Vernazza yesterday. Unfortunately, it looks as though no tourists will be staying in Vernazza for a while yet. Many residents are still even evacuated due to the instability of the hillside. Here is a link to the blog where I read this info (I also commented at the bottom of the page):

@Robyn, For the most current status on the rebuilding efforts in the Cinque Terre, have a look at: Monterosso Vernazza CT Blog Some of the businesses in Vernazza will be ready to welcome guests very shortly. Most businesses in Monterosso will also be open by the end of the month. Cheers!
