Has anyone stayed at Castello delle Quattro Torra? If so, what were your impressions? Is it easy to get transportation to and from the city center?

After walking Siena, I would guess that you can walk to almost any place in that small town. Do a google search for "Siena map" and look at the distance you want to cover.
I have learned never to go to a European town without printing a city map before I leave. You can always find your destination hotel and the center on it. It makes walking that area so easy.

You might ck with Castello.. for transportation ques. we stay at Hotel Cannon d'oro in RS guidebk if you opt for another ref in Siena itself.
