Prem, I'm not sure if you'll consider it "moderately priced", but you might have a look at London Hotel Milano. It's in a great location, just steps from one of the main streets (can't remember the name) and close to the Duomo, Sforza Castle, and other sights and also the Metro. Happy travels!
