Lodging in Manarola: Vandiris Room 3 or Blu Mare Apartment?

My mom, sister and I will be in visiting Manarola for three nights in May, and are looking for advice on where to stay. We have narrowed it down to the Blu Mare apartment, from Alla Porta Rossa, and the Vandiris Room #3. Any suggestions or advice would be appreicated!
