When are you planning on going? vrbo.com is a good resource, if you're planning far enough ahead. There are other sites as well, as others will respond. Also, any particular place in the south? Some people here might have specific recommendations.

Yes, by all means tell us where you are looking for lodging, and what you will need. We usually use VRBO and Homelidays.com to find apts in the EU. Many times the local towns website will have some good reccomendatiions.
