Which place is the best for 3 couples for a 1 night stay in April? (both are currently available)

We LOVED Locanda La Corte. We were in Italy 3 weeks and it was our favorite hotel. It was near a beautiful, local family-filled piazza and close to the most gorgeous hospital I've ever seen (even took pictures of the pretty hospital/palace). I enjoyed watching the kids and pets play during the day. The staff is very friendly and the accommodations are very clean and pretty. We had a room next the the canal. I thought it would smell bad in Venice but they kept the rooms smelling really nice and the decor was soothing. My suggestion is to keep the stoppers down in sink and toilet closed no matter where you stay. We liked the little patio. It was nice for a little night cap of wine before we went back to the room. There's also an amazing gelataria right around the corner. Breakfast was not my favorite but I didn't like any of the food we had in Venice besides gelato.
If you end up staying at Locanda say hello to Tommy the cat for me.
