Locanda Al Viminale or Nicholas Inn or Downtown Accomadation in Rome?

I've stayed at Nicolas Inn several times during stays in Rome and can't imagine staying anywhere else. The owners are very nice and they always ensure that the best meals of our Italian holidays are in Rome with their great restaurant recommendations.
