Liqeurs from the Cinque Terre - where to buy in U.S.

I'm not sure that you will find those in the US. Probably what you had were relabeled or maybe local producers. They just do not have the volumes to attract international distribution, or distribute under another label. You could try a large liquor store, they may have other brands, but often local specialties are often only available in that area.

What Paul says is correct BUT you can try going to your local wine shop and asking the buyer to check for you. Most buyers have a big book that lists nearly everything produced in the world along with who distributes it in the US. He could tell if it is imported and who does it. I once found a Portuguese liqueur that way but it was cheaper to return to Portugal than having the New York importer send it to me.

I love the Melone from the CT, but have never seen it in the U.S. Probably just as well. I brought a bottle back in June, and just finished it a couple of weeks ago. Every time I tasted it I returned in my mind to that wonderful place.
