I made reservations 17, November , 2025 for 6 nights @ Antiche Mura in Sorrento and was confirmed . I have been sent a link above multiple times to make payment and the link is not opening . I’ve made all the necessary settings on my device to hopefully resolve the issue and to no avail as we approach our arrival date of 24, October 2026 . The hotel advise the link is the most secure and if that does not work they suggest a wire transfer which I don’t feel comfortable and prefer to do a credit card transaction. We are trying our best and working with the hotel , with our arrival date approaching and wanting to pay our payment in full , reservations have been confirmed almost a year in advance and we can’t make full payment. They have told us that 15 days prior to our arrival that the link will be sent to us to make full payment and said that if we are experiencing difficulty now we will incur the same difficulties then . Anyone experience this and do you have any suggestions ?

Try to have a VPN active that is connected to Italy (nexi seems to only work properly in Italy).

Have you tried using different web browsers (Google vs Safari vs DuckDuckGo vs Microsoft Edge)? Have you tried using your phone vs doing it on a computer? Have you tried using cellular network vs wifi? Are you trying to pay when it’s nighttime/non-business hours in Italy? Have you asked a close friend or relative try the link from their computer?
