Lifestyle Hal

Lifestyle ('rebel') Hal is a young, London-based travel blogger with a wide social media presence. We prefer his YouTube episodes, which are very professional. As he tours each European country, he utilizes top-quality cameras, including drones. His coverage includes well-trodden places, but he also has an impressive knowledge of lesser-known locations. For example, in his 'Italy part one' episode linked in the following post below, he shows Salerno, Scicli, Monopoli, Baveno, Telloro, Asolo, plus a few others.

Equally impressive is his bang-on perfect pronunciation of the names of each and every town. Must've been a linguist or worked in embassies, dunno.
Well worth your time.

I am done. The footage.

Thanks Gregg for introducing us to “Hal.” I finally learned how to pronounce “Scicli.” ;)
I’ve been to a couple of locations, but Salerno and Baveno are on my radar. It’s all good!

I caught a couple of his videos last week and they weren't bad. I am not in his target market, I am sure. Can't figure out when he did his filming as it's a lot of compilation and 20 Best of....I think his London stuff is in Covid as I remember masks. Blog is under construction so cannot get anything from that.

Travel Vlogs are my favorite thing to watch, so thanks for the recommendation. I do find it hard to relate to a lot of the top rated vlogs, they are more stylistic than substantial information. I am thinking of making my own "Vlog for normal travelers" next trip.

Thanks Greggg for this. It reminds me of a similar post over on Fodors by that 'zebec' character. Oh and don't worry about that poster over there who chided you about proper spellings---this ain't the Oxford library.
