Leaving Venice at 6am

We are staying in an apartment near San Marco and will need to leave around 6am on a Tuesday morning. Will we have a problem catching a vaporetto back to the parking garages that early in the morning? Thanks!

No, you will be fine. From around 04:00 to 06:00 there will be a vaporetto around every 20 minutes towards P le roma and the Tronchetto. From 06:00 on there should be one about every 10 minutes.
