Leaving tonight for three weeks in Italy 🇮🇹

With most of my time will be tied up since this is a business trip I still like to hear from folks with your thoughts on anything at all really during my time in Italy. I will be visiting the following cities on business and I will have my dinners to myself so any thoughts or there would be great as well as packing, I have a suitcase wide open right now And I'm still debating what to put in it since I will be going from south to north in the country. Here is my list of locations, any help would be appreciated
The locations with stars are ones that are new to me
Capri*
Sorrento*
Positano*
Naples*
Rome
Florence
Bologna *
Venice*
Verona*
Milan
Thanks again

As far as packing goes, Joe, layers are best. I'd take a waterproof/windproof outer layer, a warm inner layer (I like fleece as it's lightweight but warm and packs well) and long-sleeved shirts. Shoot the sleeves up should it get warm enough to do so, although I expect the weather to be on the cooler side most places. Some rainy days are a good possibility this time of year.

Find La Colombina restaurant in Bologna (on a tiny street, vicolo la Colombina) not far from San Petronio.

How/where do I apply for this kind of job?

Definitely better than my typical business trip doing an over night stay in Eugene.

Perhaps you can ask your business contacts for a recommendation of where to have dinner?

Good for you that this is a business trip into these beautiful cities. We just got back from 2 weeks in Italy, we landed in Rome and stayed in Sorrento with day trips to Capri, Positano, Ravello and Almafi. Then we went north to Firenze for a few days and up to Verona for 5 nights with side trips each day. The weather was perfect- sunny and warm with cooler evenings. We packed layers as during the days, the temps were warm when walking but cool during our late dinners. Enjoy!

Might be worth mention that the OP left on his trip 3 days ago.
