Laundry

Is there a good place to do laundry on the Village Italy tour?

When we were on the Village Italy tour this spring, some folks did laundry in Orvieto. We managed with sink washing on night one of two night stays.

I believe the guides usually provide info on laundry and organize that for the group

Yes, the guide will help you find places. I would highly recommend planning to do at least some in the room as it will save you from having to use up your free time to go to a laundromat.

You will have two nights in all of the hotels so if you wash when you arrive, it will be dry before you leave.

When we took our Italy tour last March we were able to give the hotel we stayed in at in Florence our laundry. They did a whole bag for 15 euros. We couldn't do it that cheaply at the laundromat.
Speaking about laundromat in Europe is you can find them by doing a search "laundromat " in Google maps any it will show you where they are all at. We like them over there because they include the soap. One we used in Rome was just around the corner from our hotel. We were able to throw in a load, walk around the neighborhood. We don't watch our laundry run when we are on vacation. What the worst that could happen. Somebody steals you underwear? Now you get to go out and buy some French cut undies you get to take home. LOL.
