Does anyone know of a coin laundromat near Piazza Navona? Our small hotel owner is new and is not sure of where one might be. Thanks.
Becky,
Google maps shows several within a couple blocks - one of which is on Campo de' Fiori. But... Why not get an apartment instead of a hotel? Much more space AND they usually have a washer and drying rack (or dryer if a luxury apartment). Why waste time at a launderette when you could be out sightseeing?
Todd, Thank you for the information. We have stayed in our hotel a few months ago, and not only love it, but will only be there a few days. We are very lucky that we have been able to sightsee in Rome in the past for several weeks. This trip to Rome is a stopover between long car rentals to more remote areas where we know finding laundry will be more challenging. I'll look for the laundromat near Campo di Fiori. Becky
Self-service laundries are hard to find. The laundry in Campo dei Fiori is "Lava Secco" and they are full service. It's been a few years, but when we traveled here the first time we dropped off a 21" rollaboard with all of the clothes we weren't wearing and they washed, dried and folded it all for Euro 20.00 while we did our sight-seeing.
