We purchased tickets to view The Last Supper by phone through the first party source listed in the Italy 2016 guidebook. We never received an email confirmation but I was given our confirmation number over the phone. My question is do we need the printed confirmation email to enter for our viewing or is a verbal report of our confirmation number enough for entry? Trying to decided whether or not to make another international call to have the confirmation email resent.

I had the same thing happen to me, and I wanted something to take along as proof of my purchase. I e-mailed the site, and told them my confirmation number. After I did that, I received an e-mail with all of my info on it(in Italian).

You need the confirmation number that starts with TLITE...
That's the only thing you'll need!
