I noticed on the official website that tickets for September go on sale in June. Can anyone tell me if that is true for phoning directly as well? Thanks for the help.

Yes. They start selling 3 months in advance.

Yes, it is true and the tickets were very difficult for us to get. We woke up in the middle of the night to purchase our tickets - on the day they went on sale - and could not get thru on the phone; and when they finally posted on the website that they were in fact on sale for the new month (over a 1 hour period of trying), they were sold out. We ended up going thru a broker we found on-line. My husband and I keep teasing each other that we simply threw our money away... will find out this spring if they are even valid tickets. If you would like, I can find out from my husband the website he used.

Call, but call EARLY the day they go on sale in June. I had no issues getting through when I called in February (for May), but I called at 4am. I called because at that time (2 hours after the tickets went on sale) the website already showed no availability for our dates. When I reached an operator (who spoke perfect English) I was able to book for the day I wanted.
